About Mr-E Education
Jamie has worked with schools of all types, sizes and dispositions both nationally and internationally on school improvement projects for a number of years, and also continues to work part-time as a Deputy Headteacher in charge of teaching, learning and assessment at a primary school in Kent.
He continues to teach across all year groups both in his own school and those he works with; he has a passion for storytelling and story play in the Early Years and KS1, but is equally at home in Year 6 where he first started out as a teacher.
As an accredited Talk for Writing trainer, Jamie has implemented Talk for Writing and Talk for Reading with schools all over the world as well as his own, and led on the development of curriculum and assessment systems for all subjects. In a recent Ofsted inspection (2026), inspectors noted that the curriculum at his school "could not be better."
